Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Diners AI platform, our digital QR menus, kitchen display systems, and automated assistant features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.

2. Description of Services

Diners AI is a product of Efigenix. We specialize in providing AI-powered restaurant operations software, including booking engines, multilingual guest ordering systems, and manager dashboards.

3. Subscription & Trial Accounts

Diners AI offers a 7-day free trial for new managers. Following the trial, subscription fees will be billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your active plan choice. All subscription fees are non-refundable.

4. User Account & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (including staff and kitchen user logins). Efigenix is not liable for unauthorized access or usage of your restaurant's portal data.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not reverse engineer, modify, decompile, or copy any software architecture, design modules, or assets belonging to Diners AI. You agree not to intercept network calls or exploit billing integrations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Efigenix, Berlin, Germany, be liable for any lost profits, lost data, operational downtime, or kitchen errors resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be settled exclusively in the competent courts of Berlin, Germany.
