- Guest Information: When QR codes are scanned, we process orders, table identifiers, dish preferences, and optional checkout names/guest details. We do not store credit card credentials natively.
2. How We Use Your Data
Data collected is used exclusively for executing AI-powered restaurant features, including:
- Broadcasting instant multilingual food translations for international guests.
- Filing KDS preparation updates and displaying live dashboards.
- Analyzing trends to power AI paired dish recommendations and increase average ticket value.
- Inviting and inviting staff users using dynamic invoicing details.
3. Tenant Isolation
We maintain secure, strict tenant isolation layers. Your staff, sales trends, table configurations, and customer logs are confidential to your own restaurant instance and are never exposed to competing operators.
4. AI Security
All AI-generated queries (such as Dish Q&As and prompt requests) are anonymized. Sensitive user fields are secure and never integrated into LLM public learning datasets.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We utilize basic security cookies to handle auth session tracking (such as superuser impersonations and staff logins) and order tracking states for diners on QR landing menus.
